Flinders Board Chair Accepts Firm's Award for 'Best Places to Work'

The Board Chair of 国产麻豆AV on the Sunshine Coast, Ms Peta Grenfell, has proudly accepted an award naming her local accounting and business advisory firm, on the list of 听

The esteemed award measures employee happiness and is named by The Australian newspaper in partnership with WorkL. 

Directors said they were thrilled to be named in the group of 50 finalists from across the country.

Located in Minyama on the Sunshine Coast, Grenfell Murray was recognised for providing a work environment where its 25-strong team - 85 per cent who are women - felt 鈥渨elcome, respected and have the opportunity to become the best version of themselves鈥. 

College Principal Michelle Carroll congratulated Ms Grenfell and Mr Murray on their accolade.

Ms Grenfell said, 鈥淲e genuinely care about each and every person on our team and do our best to go above and beyond for them, so it鈥檚 very special to be recognised for our approach.

鈥淲e also offer a workplace that is professionally challenging because we know that professional staff want to continue to grow their skills.

鈥淲hat鈥檚 more, finance-based firms aren鈥檛 known for their soft skills, but we鈥檝e made a concerted effort to engage with a number of worthwhile causes, including Matthew Flinders Anglican College, , and the .
